Delivery times vary by location and demand. Most customers receive their order within 5–12 business days after placing it.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is printed specifically for you, we can only offer returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
✔ Damaged items
✔ Defective print / manufacturing error
✔ Incorrect item received
✔ Item damaged during shipping
If your order arrives with any of these issues, we will replace it at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return / Replacement
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
Once verified, we will immediately submit a replacement request with our fulfillment partner.
Items Not Eligible for Return
To maintain fair pricing and avoid waste, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size chosen
- Buyer’s remorse / change of mind
- Normal wear and tear
- Faded or worn items after use

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins quickly, we can only modify or cancel an order if it has not begun fulfillment.
